We primarily manage environments hosted on Glasshouse infrastructure, but we evaluate co-management of existing third-party servers on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll discuss what's feasible for your environment.
Is there a minimum contract length?+
Most engagements run month-to-month after an initial 30-day onboarding period. No lengthy lock-ins. Scope changes and cancellations are handled at your next billing cycle.
How do I communicate with your team day-to-day?+
Growth and Strategic clients get a dedicated Slack channel. Foundation clients use email and our ticketing system. All tiers have Discord access for the Glasshouse community.
Can I start small and expand the scope later?+
Yes. Most clients start at Foundation and grow into Growth as their needs scale. We review scope quarterly and make adjustments based on your requirements.
